Exceptionally High Standard Summit

I got in late to this summit and have only listened to about 6 hours worth of talks so far – and they are fantastic, it is one of the best summits I’ve attended over the years and I attend almost them all.

  • It is hosted by Dr. Ben Lynch and there are 50 speakers, obviously some will be better than others even by Dr. Lynch’s own admission. Already I see diversity in opinion regarding the ketogenic diet and it is always good when the speakers are not all from the same camp.
  • The standard is exceptionally high both in terms of practicality and biochemistry explanations for what is happening in various situations all the way from what’s going on during EMF exposure that has some people so addicted or so sensitive to what is happening in Parkinson’s and whether the ketogenic diet is actually the best there – with just about every other subject covered in between.
  • I really enjoyed the lecture by pediatrician Dr. Paul Thomas on ‘how to vaccinate safely’ with the caveat that actually the most healthy children are those never vaccinated. This lecture is all the huge docuseries out there rolled into one in an absolute nutshell in one hour.
  • The entire summit is done in audio not video because Ben Lynch’s area of speciality is genetics and he does not want anyone sitting their way through this summit ‘dirtying their genes’, but rather he wants you to be moving – whether listening to the summit while you do house chores or your exercise outside, it’s up to you. But sitting is the new smoking and he’s aware of that.

Also the option to buy the talks is there if people want to download them and minimize their EMF exposure and also watch them at their own pace. The free talks have some downloadable resources and pdfs available with them.

Dr. Lynch has a book coming out in March by the same name Dirty Genes, available now for preorder
