This section includes mindwork, in particular gaining mastery over your subconscious mind, which drives our behavior, which creates the balance to all the other good stuff we do at the physical level – otherwise we very often just sabotage ourselves and lose all our gains or never quite get beyond a certain level whether in finances, relationships or our health, ‘our ceiling’!
